pushing it...It is a very liberal notion, and Virginia has a very liberal General Assembly and Statehouse. It is closer than it's ever been if they could staff it. *I laugh because school divisions are more broke than they have been sat LEAST since 2008, and they keep finding ways to spend BIG dollars!

It may still be more than they can bite off, but not because they wouldn't like to, and it IS much more than a rumor...
