The end of episode 3 indicated there was something out of the ordinary...

...happening, and this episode started to explain it. But I still don't know exactly what's happening.

I see the bubble, but have no idea what it is, or how it's controlling the environment, or exactly what the environment actually is.

Speaking of that, is Vision alive or dead? They showed him with a huge hole in his forehead, so did Wanda just create him out of "thin air?"
