IIRC, you live in a new development, correct? Was there some kind of


management fee waiver/builder subsidy/introductory discount for the first three years (or however long its been)? Wondering if you've gone past the introductory discount, and now paying the full fare. In which it may be time to interview other management companies.

Ask if quotes from other management companies are being considered.
