I do understand that. But that is also the typical response when VT does

anything exceptional in any sport. In football beat Nebraska- they were down. Beat Alabama- they were down. Win the ACC title four times- it was down. In basketball beat Duke or UNC- they were down. VT leaves us all frustrated time after time in all sports. We don’t win the big one. Then when we do, it was cheap. And by the way, prior to Brooks, VT WBB seldom, if ever, played toe to toe with with #1 or #2 in the ACC.
