Let him continue...


Let Coach Brooks continue to develop players and change the culture surrounding the women's basketball program. Think how long...and how low...we have been. He's getting us to 20 win seasons and will eventually have the depth and mixture of seasoned and developing talent to compete for conference and other championships. The ACC is a tough conference...and Coach needs the time for permanent changes to take root...and VT is looked at as "the place to be" for ladies basketball. I'd much prefer a slower growth with permanent change than a flash in the pan with 1-2 years of success.
