Willie's rankings are NCAA Tournament placement projections

Not 1-20 like intermat, flo, etc. Willie factors in guys with no results (which is the way to go, IMO). Other publications rank guys 1-20 (or 25) and don't traditionally rank true freshmen because they haven't competed in college.
