combination. Problem is that losing mentality has now slipped back in and erased what happened last year. Maybe they should have hired Cole as an assistant coach. They did lose a lot last year but that is not an excuse for poor overall execution. Cole, Baptiste, and Mabrey last year bailed us out a lot and we don't have them now. Sheppard tries but she forces way too many bad shots up and plays out of control at times for a senior. Seems like we don't trust each other, we didn't have that problem last year. But we also had leadership last year and don't this year. Baptiste and Mabrey are talked about as leaders at both of their new schools by the coaching staffs. I don't think anyone on our team has the personality to be a leader. Yeah you can lead by points but there also needs to be that reassuring and positive voice that keeps everyone in check when needed. I don't see that with us at all, instead we panic and sink like the Titanic and nobody is there to save us.
