Agreed. My theory since September has been that those who have chosen


the hybrid model will be back in the building by the fourth quarter. There's tremendous pressure from some in the community to return to normal, but I believe this latest announcement was the correct one. It make zero sense for them to have held us out for so long only to return during the highest peak we've seen with the largest positivity rate we are currently experiencing.
