Allow me to praise Malcolm Young


While I'd rank Scruggs and Barrett above him in today's pick, MY was the engine that made AC/DC run. AC/DC was all about the groove. Steady 4/4 beat + syncopated rhythm guitar = relentless, almost-funky groove. AC/DC is the classic hard rock band that girls like, because you can dance to that groove.
