I thought it was ok. They had some genuinely good action sequences...
like the car chase, the mall scene, but I had a hard time believing the main villain. In the end, he was a loser that came upon a magic rock. The ending also seemed to be very consequence free for everyone involved. Kind of cheapened the stress of the rising action of the film's story. I liked the message, moving on from past losses and failures and living for what we have and not fixating on what we don't, but again, it was kind of meh. DC better capitalize on the lack of Marvel films right now. Once that machine gets going again, the DC films will not win that battle. Sucks because I was a huge DC comics fan growing up.
