I am a high school coach and made a big change last year philosophy wise... went to simple pick and roll plays, some different actions but all involving similar offensive needs. Simplified what we needed to work on, by drilling pick and roll (and pick and pop, and etc) with tons of shooting off of kick outs.

Combined that with a variety of different presses and just went aggressive. We arent super skilled but kids played hard and we were successful.
