I would be a wayyyyy different HS coach

Than I would a college coach. The shot clock helps a ton, so you can get a little more complicated because you have a very short window to break down a defense. If the possessions can last longer then you need to be more vanilla so it can be easily replicated.

MYs defense is a lot more conducive to success in HS because you can dare more non-shooters to shoot without changing what youre doing.

Offensively at a HS level I would drill hard every day the holy trinity of offense (dribble, pass, shoot) and just structure everything we did to include competitive snapshots for dribbling, passing and shooting. Then from a strategic standpoint Id move the ball, space the floor, move bodies and value possession because like you want to keep from happening on defense, you just want the other team to break down. And you do that by spacing, moving the ball and moving bodies. Put as many skilled kids as you can on the floor and then scheme for personnel defensively
