Whoever invented wallpaper should be beaten with whiffle bats.

Our townhouse was built in 83 and when we bought it there was wallpaper all over the main floor and in a few other rooms throughout the house. Over the years I've gotten most of it down, all that's left is one wall in the bedroom and the master bath. I've decided to tackle the master bath today, got the steamer and everything and I'm making progress but my word, what a pain in the backside this is. Who the hell thought this was better than just slapping paint on a wall?
