Supposedly, if you are transferring to play for "family", those usually merit slam dunk chances for getting a quick waiver for immediate eligibility. I can see that being more the case if "family" was the head coach, rather than one of three assistants. That being said, ND has a history of having their way in these matters.

As for Baines, last I heard there still has not been a ruling on whether she gets a waiver or not. We'll never know what the hold up is. Considering 2020 is a Covid complicated year, I say grant a one time, no wait waiver to anybody who wants one.
