Italianate look, view over water, classy, the house presents itself well to someone driving up. I mean, seriously, I don't feel a twinge of anything for the first house. No sense of mystique, downright weird really, why would you wear 3d headset if the house is supposed to stir your imagination? you have such a wonderful view of LA (has this place been in like 300 Hollywood movies?). Surely even stupid people must realize someone is trying to play them if semi nekkid girls are needed to sell the place or maybe is this appealing to the Lesbian housing market or something.
