Well said - I'd say :)

I think framing does a lot of the work here, how do we HELP.

I'd say the head on pike folks on Twitter isn't benefiting anyone.

I'd say Whit and Fu need to be open to big/small/non existent donors on the plan and vision for the future. Then its up to us, as fans, to help achieve the vision. After all, new facilities, upgrades, program investment outlast coachs (as Will put it during the podcast - it was such an expert question ;))

I'd say we need to cool it on the player callouts; however frustrated we get. I'd like to think most of our players have some level of hubris and can hopefully self analyze their play, and the quality/lack of. I also think we have a coaching staff that is capable of pointing out what went wrong - the devlopement to fix seems inconsistent. Seems there may also be some level of player buy in to the level needed to fix it; this needs to be resolved if indeed an issue.

I'd say we need to give a chance for these new coaches to start hitting the recruiting trail and see how it trends. We speak as though recruiting has gone down to FCS levels - it hasn't. Is it the top 30 classes we were used to? No. Last year was a small class, was an expected low. This year, do we really feel like all the chatter about a new coach will magically fix the class? A class which is 43rd ranked and has room for additions. I'd love to see 4 and 5 stars down the board, but we aren't there right now.

I'd say - that's a start.
