My guess the ACC would add a 16th team and

restructure the divisions to suit the interests of ND. Many on here have spoken of a pod system, which has clear advantages over divisions. The 16th team could either be a "partner" selected by ND or just a good P5 fit. Navy is the team most often discussed as a team ND would want in the conference. WVU is probably the best other option because of location and competitive history with several of the current ACC schools.
