Did the faciltiies and funding suddenly fall apart after he took the role?
He was such a novice in the coaching world, he did not know what was needed to succeed. Otherwise, the support would have been directly in his contract. One of the first quotes I heard from the new staff was, "no ceiling on recruiting." He has been hiding his shortcomings on the "lack of support" bullshit now for the last three classes. He is a horrible recruiter and leader on this front and has not addressed that fact. He has put us in a very deep hole with repeated weak classes.
Yes, we are not leading the country in financial support, but the rapid decline in recruiting is on him.
