Haughty? All head coaches at this level are haughy and stubborn. Haughty, you just have to make sure you don’t let the public see it. Stubborn, you need to make sure you have advisors/subordinates who you have empowered to tell you when you are wrong.

As for giving, I think our donor base is what it is. I don’t think the giving to athletics will increase if we win more. I think they/we would more likely watch us drop down a classification (FCS with JMU) than pony up to actually compete at the highest level. JMO.
