Could/should the ACC have more teams relevant at the same time, yes. But that doesn't mean our success didn't impact the lack of success of other ACC teams, particularly the ones we compete a lot with on recruiting. We have a hard time improving our own recruiting, much less being responsible for the entire conference.

Same was true of FSU before us and Clemson now.

That is a chicken or egg comparison.
