A lot of bar owners in the Triangle are very frustrated.

Many don’t have outdoor seating so this is pointless to them. This is what’s driving people to apathy towards the virus. 1. Risk catching the virus with a high survival rate and maintain your livelihood or 2. go into isolation and potentially lose everything. The longer this goes on, the more people are going to roll with 1 and I can’t blame them at this point.
