My old apt building was where stairwell/elevator has been built

to the right (2100). Happened upon the building during summer of 2019, just a few days before demolition. Was able to walk inside my empty unit and reminisce about my time there 1986-88. Terrace View sold this portion of their old footprinf to a new developer.
