I have used the Tetra fish food and water treatment in my aquarium for years, but most of the fish food and chemicals are made in Germany. The Tetra fish food is a trusted brand for me, but not sure that would extend to their made in China dog treats if I had a dog.

The is a Blacksburg manufacturing plant that makes some aquarium supplies such as filters and heaters. The same Blacksburg address is used as the address on the Tetra brand, at least in the US packing. Most locals know them as Tetra, not as Specturm Brands.
