Agree on the plant closures - horrible idea to close at once


let alone close at all unless absolutely necessary. I consulted for a food company and we restructured their entire supply chain and distribution network among other things. We did close some plants because it made financial sense to consolidate however we did it just the way you described - one at a time and very carefully.
