That was a strong selling point for me. Once I had a DVR from the cable


company, I just wasn't willing to live without one.

I know sports is thought of as DVR-proof by advertisers, but I think it's even more important with sports...especially football. There is just WAY too much dead time in a football game. Any game I care about, I record it and start watching around halftime. Watching a football game only takes about 60-90 minutes once you skip the commercials, extra points, and kickoffs.
