Haven’t had any servicing in it’s 10 yrs. just the filters, air and water,

which always come out clean. I suspect there is plenty of scaling inside and that will get cleaned out when the plumber comes in a few weeks to plumb in a new downstairs bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)
