I just paraphrased what they said. They specifically mentioned cases


where the person was finished with isolation and no longer infectious but still had detectable virus in their system. They must be retesting because how else would they know the virus is still detectable? So I'm taking that as people that are retesting and coming back positive. I could be wrong though.
