Good for you. Especially at the beginning of this I felt like I was living


in a combination of Groundhog Day and The Truman Show (due to weather, like today. Can't see across the street.)

My mother was the best Baker in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She would take her baked goods into the jeweler and walk out with diamonds. Not kidding. Well, I realized her recipes would be lost if I didn't put them in a cookbook for my boys (and me) - page savers in 3 ring binders. So I did her recipes and then stuff I like after much research online to find my favorite examples. Now I'm up to 200 recipes with many more to go, plus an email I send out to 130 people of my 'Cooking Tips & Tricks'. Which I've told the students will elevate their cooking skills 20 years. The email is in its 14th edition.

The Students have me reading Harry Potter and watching the movies and my sister gave me a reading list. I am taking online jazz piano lessons, and I just finished a course in Epidemics from Penn State.

Also cleaning out the house, one drawer at a time. Watching tons of youtube football highlights. And cooking and brewing a lot of food and beer.

I really think I had the Rona at the end of January, stayed home for about 2 months but I'm over that. I get out and visit and do what I want.
