People in general should consider dietary switch and body detox.


The weight loss is critical, but flushing out your body of toxins is more important.

Give your body a break from digesting foods that are processed, genetically modified, high in refined sugars, etc.

I did an extended water fast and now doing a juice fast with liver, kidney, adrenal, GI and lymphatic cleansing. I’m 40 but haven’t felt this good in a decade.

Everyone, please consider a long-term shift to a healthier diet.
