I don't think many people thought previous infection = immune for everyone


With the variability in immune systems from person to person and how quickly this spreads, I'm not surprised to see a case of reinfection. However, this seems to be the exception rather than the rule. And long term (at least as long as we can) studies of antibodies and T-cells seem to bear that out.

We'll see as we learn more.
