Pretty much the same. The shield is .5 shorter overall....

Barrel is .34 inches shorter and .22 inches more narrow. My favorite is the grip safety. Actually that is what the main selling point to me was. We bought it the day it came out for 399.00. Not sure what it is selling for now.
