I'll take any good news - even a therapeutic breakthrough. And I have some


unexpected (by me, anyway) good news from my little corner of the world (Fl Keys), as well. Our positive case #s averaged 33/day for July and are now solidly at around 17/day for August. I had thought August would blow up with the invasion of people coming for our Lobster Mini-season. But that was 4 weeks ago. And we had only 7 cases yesterday...

Knock on wood...

March: 33 new cases
April: 46 new cases
May: 29 new cases
June: 151 new cases
July: 1,041 new cases
August: 389 cases, so far
