Based on last Sunday’s first ever 9mm target practice with the GLOCK 17 9MM double stack magazine, we opted for the single stack, shorter, narrower grips this week.

We learned we liked last week’s wider, longer grip better.

All three handguns this week were less stable and jumpy. Took me about 20 rounds to get a good center grouping.

Live and learn. We’ll try other 9mm next week, probably the GLOCK 45 as the RSO showed us this week.

We’re still experimenting to find our comfort zones and we have time, since I’m still 2-3 weeks away at the earliest from getting my permit application approved and TSO is 8-9 weeks out.
