Why is this any different than any other venture. allow them to negotiate and if its worth it the schools and NCAA will pay them, not have sports or something in the middle. How about making education available to all so the scholarship crap cant be held over their heads by fans etc who did not have the skillset to be compensated for their ability/value and had to assume loans etc. There has always been a little disdain for the student athlete by other students and fans accept on saturday of course.
