Summer between HS and VT, spent two weeks on a sailboat sailing all the out islands. We transited mostly at night and dove or explored islands that had a dock and bar for the most part. For those that remember, that was the summer before Haley's comet flew by and in advance there was all the debris and such that made the most amazing meteor showers.

All night you could sit on the deck, no light pollution and almost a constant shower in the sky.
