Unfortunately improved societal health is a multifaceted problem. I agree


with people with economic limitations working multiple jobs have less time to exercise. Is their lack of activity and economic challenges the product of educational deficiencies, lack of health insurance or other factors? Usually these folks are the ones more likely to smoke, refuse to see a physicians for routine health maintenance, medical noncompliance, etc. It is all a very chicken and the egg quandary.
