HDMI inputs damaged on TV

We had a storm in my area 4 nights ago and we lost power for almost 24 hours. The transformer behind my house was destroyed and Dominion had to replace the entire unit. When we got power back my tv and receiver don't seem to be working correctly. I tried hooking my receiver, cable box and ps3 to all 4 HDMI ports on the tv but none are working. Xfinity said the cable box is working. I tried calling Sony and they said someone needs to come look at it but I am assuming the HDMI inputs are broken, has anyone had this happen to them?

I tried to call RCA but they said for me to file a claim I would need the original receipt to file a claim for the power strip that my tv was plugged in. I don't have this receipt since it is at least 5 years old and can't find the receipt in my email boxes. Dominion said they wouldn't pay because they are not responsible if their equipment breaks. Anyone had luck with getting any money back from a situation like this? I bought this tv about 1.5 years ago and feel like it is about a $900 loss now that I can only use it for Netflix. I am not 100% sure but I think my receiver is broken too, I have had it for 6 years and it was about $350.
