It is still necessary to decide even if first part is virtual

Although I don't think schools will go back in person this year, if they do after the first quarter, then it will be necessary to separate the virtual selections from the hybrid selections in terms of class assignments. A virtual versus hybrid class will likely be two very different classes and teachers can't do both (at least now well).
