Teel: Geographic PODS could be key for ACC football season

I've seen this thought put out there on multiple boards, but this is the first time from David Teel. It suggests taking the 14 ACC football members plus Notre Dame and coming up with 3 groups of 5. Then each group plays a home and home with the other members of the group. That's 8 games.

Then the ACC figures out how to add another game or two to keep the 4 ACC-SEC rivalry games, ND with Navy, etc.

He lists 3 options for the divisions. Times Dispatch may have this behind the paywall. But for those with Times Dispatch, you may be able to see it.
