I would say the mask usage in the stores I have been in here are high too

I was just pointing out it isn't 100% though for various reasons. It may even be unrealistic to expect 100% of the citizens to wear a mask when in public. I believe the VA Governor tweeted earlier today "No Shirt No Shoes No Mask No Service" and reminded business owner's that they have a right to refuse service to a customer who doesn't follow that policy. Now how many stores refused service to a customer who didn't follow the No Shirt No Shoes No Service Policy or the No Shirt No Shoes No Mask No Service Policy may be up for debate.
