Reduction in antibodies does not confirm lack of immunity. The immune system is made up of antibodies, helper T cells, and memory B cells. It's expected that antibodies will be reduced over time. When your body is exposed to the virus, your immune system should create more antibodies.

There are some studies that show good T and B cell response, which is a much better indicator than antibodies. Either way, it's just too early to tell.
