How does this look for a cheap video production bundle?

We are looking to upgrade our simple laptop-webcam streaming approach for YouTube Live church webcasts. Although it works it lacks basic functionality you would get from a multi-camera setup.

Sweetwater offers bundle deals and this one is based around a Roland video switcher: We would add another GoPro camera which would take it over $3k.

I have been thinking our next level solution would involve a desktop and video production software. But this does it all with the video switcher, which would simply feed the video and audio to our computer for YouTube Live production. It appears to be pretty easy to operate.
