Chances change because everything changes. Not just locally.

It’s not quite the butterfly in Africa effect, but it kind of is. Temperature and pressure changes just 100 miles away can affect what’s happening at your house, because the world is turning, the wind is blowing, and the sun is shining. So yeah, things change within two days. And as everything is changing through the entire atmosphere every minute of every day, it’s tough to predict. We are actually lucky we live in a time where we can predict it so well.
