I have a Weight Watchers model WW65YF by Conair - I bought it at Costco


on sale for less than $30 bucks. It provides everything that you mention, and you can have it record data for up to 4 people. About the only thing it doesn't do is interface with a phone app.

For the price, I highly recommend it.
