I have family members that are spraying the soles of their shoes with


dilluted bleach before they leave them outside when they get to the house after going to walk around the neighborhood. A few things here

1. I do not think they're walking through puddles of Covid, and even if they were, how long can it possibly stay on the shoe if they're constantly stepping on hot asphalt after stepping in said puddle.
2. If you're going to take off your shoes and leave them outside, why the bleach?
3. Couldn't you just leave your shoes inside at the door so that you don't track them through the house if you're that concerned?

I'm done with Covid at this point. I want to be careful, but the whole thing is just frustrating.
