Knee probably worse to rehab, but neither a cake walk. Just remember to do


the rehab as they ask. Really important for normal movement after healing. I've known people who didn't follow through with the flexing and extension and ended up needing follow up surgery to get the proper flexion. Painful as hell, but necessary. Shoulder was harder to rehab because I thought I could do it on my own after 2 months. The therapy was the same as what I could do at the gym. Go the distance with the therapist, you won't regret it.
