Look deeper. It's a Fox News article citing a video posted back in March

that is referring to medical masks as a means of protecting the wearer as opposed to face coverings as a means to protect others. It's not confusing or conflicting at all really. It's a bad article that I've now seen multiple people cite without looking into it any deeper.
