Double butted steel frame was the big deal those days along with the tubes nicely brazed together. I didn't realize they were still in business, probably been through a few ownership changes... or not. The place got looted during a student riot when UMD beat Duke in basketball (or was it that game where they built like a 20 point lead then proceeded to lose the game?) Anyway, it made the news. No longer have the bike, gear shifting on the down tube is kinda scary at speed.

I'm hoping this is because more people want to get out and ride too. I always lock up but this might be a good reminder to do so.
