Do employers e.g (the federal government) allow more reoccurring telework

days when we get back to the new normal? We tend to be creatures of habit, which makes me skeptical. I know some people are itching to get back to the office, but many might feel differently. Before Covid we were only allowed two telework days a week with some unserious talks of going to three. I think many leaders believe production slips and that meetings in person accomplish more. I’ve always thought that it’s usually easier to be more productive at home and that going into the office once a week is all that is really needed.
