On the road just outside my development...


a pedestrian was struck and killed a little over three weeks ago, when a car left the roadway and struck her while she was walking her dog on the sidewalk. She had complained to the police the week prior (if I remember correctly) about people constantly speeding on this road. The police station is at one end of the roughly 5 mile road and cops are up and down this road constantly. I heard that police have written something like 70 speeding tickets on this road in the three weeks since the lady’s death.
